When I first decided to get serious about my fitness journey, I was searching for something that didn’t feel like a chore—something fun, energizing, and rooted in joy. I kept thinking about Bollywood music—the songs I grew up with, the ones I blasted at the gym, the ones that made me want to move.

But when I looked for Bollywood-inspired fitness classes, none of them felt quite right. Some were too intense. Others felt more like a dance class than a real workout. I wanted something that gave me the full-body cardio burn and the infectious joy of dancing to my favorite tunes.

That’s why I created BollyCardio ATX.

This isn’t just a workout—it’s a party. From the moment the music starts, it feels like stepping into a celebration. I went through extensive fitness training to design a program that blends the heart-pumping energy of cardio with songs and choreography that celebrate the many cultures behind Bollywood. We bring the playlists you grew up with—and some new favorites—into a full-body sweat session that’s as fun as it is effective.

BollyCardio ATX was born so those who grew up with Bollywood could dance to the songs they love, and so those who’ve never tried it could discover Bollywood through movement that makes you feel good. It’s where fitness meets culture, joy, and serious endorphins.
